TEMPLE ISRAEL OF SHARON, Sharon, MA
Rabbi & Director of Community Engagement (July 2016 to present)
-  Envision and implement strategic plans for preschool, religious school, and the wider synagogue
- Build community within, among, and outside of the synagogue
- Serve as teacher and pastor to the congregation, including officiating lifecycle events, facilitating services, and giving sermons 
- Mentor and supervise all non-operations staff members Create and implement creative programming, affirming worship opportunities, and engaging community learning

CONGREGATION KEHILLATH ISRAEL, Brookline, MA
Rabbi for Congregational Learning (July 2011 to June 2016)
-  Created and oversaw all aspects of Youth Education and Adult Education in the congregation
- Provided vision and leadership for K-9 religious school, including management and personnel decisions for 10 staff members and volunteer school committee
- Guided community members through life-cycle events (births, weddings, funerals, conversions, etc.), and led rituals for those moments
- Envisioned and implemented minyan-style High Holy Day services Served as mentor to 1-2 rabbinic interns each year

PROZDOR and MAKOR, Newton MA
Associate Director of Prozdor, Director of Makor (July 2010 to June 2011)
Planned and conducted high-quality, content-rich Jewish education for grades 6-12 Envisioned, led, and oversaw all aspects of Makor middle school program Facilitated relationships between Prozdor and local synagogues
